However, is Australia expensive for a tourist? It all depends on where you’re coming from and your traveling style

Australia is one of the biggest countries in the world, so you can expect the transportation to be excellent.

In major cities such as Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth, the public transport system is excellent, affordable, and reliable.

Being such a big country, it can take a long time to get to places, making flying the fastest way to travel. Flight prices can vary, but with many different national airlines, it’s easy to find an affordable flight. Domestic flights can range anywhere from 80-250 AUD for a return trip.

Although Australia may be expensive, you can easily do it on a budget. It’s a beautiful country home to the Great Barrier Reef, Daintree Rainforest, Uluru, and many more fantastic attractions making it a country that has to be on the top of your bucket list.
